The whole container is the label
A shrink sleeve is a printed film tube. It goes over the container and is shrunk with heat until it takes the container’s shape: shoulders, curves, and waist.
A pressure-sensitive label covers a panel. A sleeve goes all the way around the pack and follows its contours, which is why it is the format for shapes a flat label cannot follow.
What it is used for
Contoured bottles and jars that a flat label wrinkles on. Full-body graphics on beverages, household products, and personal care, where the pack itself is the shelf display.
Dates and minimum
Proof back within 24 hours. Production three weeks from approval. $1,000 minimum, as an order value rather than a piece count. Ships anywhere in the United States.
What to send for a quote
The artwork, the container or a drawing of it, how much of the container the sleeve covers, the quantity, and your date. A physical sample of the container is the most useful thing you can send, because the way the film shrinks around that shape decides where the artwork has to sit. Pricing and a firm timeline come back within one business day.
