Formats
Stand-up pouches. Rollstock. Sachets. Printed and converted to your spec rather than pulled from a stock range.
The whole job runs here
Prepress checks your files and confirms the dieline. The job prints on press against your approved color proof. UV coating goes on where the job calls for it. Then it is slit, pouched, or die-cut into the finished format and packed to meet your production date.
Five stages, one building. Nothing sits in another company’s queue waiting for a slot, which is why the date PPO gives you is a date and not an estimate.
Substrates
Films, papers, and thermal stocks. The full list of what runs here is on the substrates section of the homepage. Name the substrate your program already uses and PPO will confirm it before quoting.
Who it’s for
Beverage, food and snack, nutraceutical, personal care, and household and chemical brands buying packaging as a recurring program.
Starting without moving your whole program
The minimum is $1,000. That is an order value, not a piece count, so what it covers depends on format and substrate.
It is low enough to qualify PPO on a single SKU before you move a program across. That is the sensible way to buy a new supplier, and it is the reason the minimum sits where it does.
Dates
Artwork proofs come back by email within 24 hours. Production is three weeks from the day you approve them. Both are confirmed up front and held to.
What to send for a quote
The product, the finished size, how many you need, and when you need them. That is enough to price the job and give you a firm timeline within one business day.
