This covers the website only. It describes what the site itself does with information, which is deliberately very little.
The quote form
The form asks for four things and offers a fifth:
- Company name
- Contact name
- Work email
- Product type, chosen from a list
- Size, quantity and any other detail you want to add, which is optional
When you submit it, two emails go out. One to PPO with what you typed, so someone can price the job. One back to you confirming it arrived.
Nothing is stored in a database. There is no customer list behind this site and no record of your submission anywhere except those two emails. The PPO copy sits in a PPO mailbox and is handled like any other sales enquiry.
The email that reaches PPO also carries the time you submitted and the two-letter country code your connection came from. That is the whole of it. Not your address, not your IP, not what you looked at before you filled it in.
The bot check
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is the box that confirms you are a person rather than a script. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and some basic signals from your browser.
PPO does not receive your IP address and does not store it. It is used for the check and nothing else.
Visitor numbers
The site counts page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and collects nothing that identifies you. It reports totals, such as how many people read a given page, and it cannot tell PPO who those people were.
There are no advertising trackers on this site, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, and no cookies set on any public page. That is also why you have not been asked to accept any.
The four outside companies involved
Loading a page here means four other companies see something, so they are named rather than buried:
Cloudflare serves the site, runs the bot check and counts the visits. It sees your IP address, the same as any web host does.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces the pages are set in. It sees your IP address when your browser fetches the font files.
Resend delivers the two quote emails. It sees only what you typed into the form, and only if you submit it.
GitHub stores the site’s own files and published text. It sees nothing about you. No visitor data reaches it.
None of them are paid to profile you and none of them receive a customer list, because there isn’t one.
Having it deleted
Email quotes@ppopackaging.com and ask. Since the only copy is an email in a mailbox, deleting it is deleting that email.
You can also ask what PPO holds on you. The answer will usually be the quote request you sent and the correspondence after it.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, by design.
